• The mentioned prices are in Euro per person and night for half-board accommodation - subject to typing errors.
• The local tax of Euro 2,-- per adult and night is not included.

Price Reduction for Children

• children from 0 to 3 years sharing the room with their parents Euro 25,-- per day.
• children from 3 to 15 years sharing the double-room with their parents 50 % per day.
• children from 3 to 15 years sharing the family-room with their parents less 35 % per day.

Arrival and Departure / Pets

• The rooms are available for you at 3 pm.
• Upon departure, please leave your room till 10 am.
• If you want to use your day of departure, we have a room for your luggage.
• Dogs are always welcome, but they are not allowed in the restaurant.
• Price without food 25,-- € per day

Cancellations & Insurance

• The guidelines of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry are effective for cancellations. Jurisdiction Salzburg.
• General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry:
• 5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateraldeclaration until 1 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without beingliable to pay a cancellation fee.
• 5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the AccommodationAgreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the followingcancellation fees:
• 40% of the total agreed price from 1 month before the date of arrival;
• 70% of the total agreed price from 2 weeks before the date of arrival;
• 100% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
