Three and a half uplifting hours of leisurely hiking from the middle station of the Zwölferkogel cable car to the reservoir pond. Various forest roads provide access to the surrounding mountain pastures, with refreshment stops included.

Sharp ascent, long descent: the fantastic panoramic trail extends all the way to Saalfelden and boasts stunning views over the Hohe Tauern, the Steinerne Meer and the Loferer Steinberge.

In just under four hours, this route leads through the head of the valley, starting and finishing in Lengau. Moderate in difficulty, this trail reveals beautiful alpine landscapes. Families can rediscover the Alpine habitat on the new Wildlife Trail.

When hiking in Saalbach Hinterglemm, this mountain is of course a must. The Reiterkogel cable car takes you to the mountain station in no time at all. The ascent leads along route 5 via various mountain pastures to the summit. You can return by bus if you wish.

This classic long-distance hike stretches from the Schattberg to the Schmittenhöhe. Thanks to the cable car support, there are only 650 metres of altitude to conquer, but the impressive 18 kilometres of hiking over mountain and valley are still quite a challenge.
